The theme for the conference is Patriotic.
The dress code for the weekend is relaxed to match the theme. Saturday Night Banquet will be business formal.

The Wisconsin Moose Association has waived the training fee, and no conference registration is required to attend.
CONFERENCE BOOK ADS
We are seeking ads from all fraternal units to help support the printing and distribution of books. All ads will be printed in color, and the rate for the ads is as follows:
- ½ Page $65.00
- Whole Page: $125.00
Ads will be accepted via email; a PDF form is preferred, but we are able to adapt other formats. We will accept paper ads. NO PHONE ADS WILL BE ACCEPTED!! The deadline for ads is Friday, February 13th, 2026.
REGISTRATION AND MEAL FORMS
Attached you will find the registration forms that include meal requests. MYC 2026 Cover Letter and MYC 2026 Registration Form. These forms must be RETURNED BY FEBRUARY 13TH, 2026, to be able to give the hotel an accurate count for meals. Forms received after that date will be charged the on-site rate.
