Greetings, Moose Sisters!
Woo hoo! We are off to the start of our Moose Chapter year. Here’s wishing you all a fun-filled and successful Chapter year. The WOTM Office will be sending each Chapter a box with Officers Handbooks, Treasurers Handbooks, and other materials. Please keep an eye out for this. These are typically sent toward the end of May; however, all of this information is also available online on the Moose International website under Forms and Documents, Women of the Moose.
We are planning to schedule a WOTM Six Hour Training Session and a WOTM Treasurers Training Session in each District. As of today, the following sessions have been scheduled:
Six Hour WOTM Training Sessions:
All members, both women and men, are encouraged to attend this training session. If available, please bring the following: General Laws, Officers Handbook, Treasurers Handbook, Meeting Procedures and Agenda Book, Secretary Minutes Book, and something to take notes on. The cost of the session is $10. Lunch will be served for a minimal fee or donation. Please contact the session leaders to confirm your attendance.
The Chapter Rally Day “Save the Date” flyer has been sent to all chapters. Rally Days will be held from October 9 to 11, with October 10 being the required day of attendance. The event will be hosted by District One at the Monroe Moose Lodge, and the theme will be “The Oscars.” More information will be sent in the coming months.
