The Road to Growth is Paved by Retention!!
Back home from our state convention. A great long weekend with great people.
As was stated at the convention, Wisconsin is number one in retention. All your efforts and hard work really paid off. – THANK YOU –
Now a new Wisconsin Moose Association year begins. More opportunities to expand your lodge’s impact in your community, on our children, and on our seniors.
We all must remember and keep in the forefront what helped us get to being number one in retention. – “The road to Lodge growth is paved with retention.”
New CHD boards, I would like to suggest that you assign to each board member one or two lodges in your district to work with them on retention. They should give a report at your meetings on their lodges.
District Presidents, you need to work closely with your Council of Higher Degree; together, you become a major force in helping your Lodges work toward the “Premier” Lodge award.
I’m asking all the secretaries to please send me the dates and locations of your CHD and district meetings.
Sincerely,
Dennis Dost – WMA CHD / Retention Chairperson
